Privacy Policy for Dune Smash
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Dune Smash ("we," "our," or "the app"), published by Intellivex Studios, is a single-player football destruction game for Android (package name com.intellivex.dunesmash). This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect
We do not operate our own servers for this app, and we do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Stored on your device only:
- Game progress, such as stages completed, coins earned, unlocked balls, and your settings (sound, music, vibration). This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Collected automatically by third-party services (see Section 3):
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- App interactions related to ads (for example, ad impressions and clicks)
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data, and basic device information (device model, operating system version, language, network type)
2. How We Use Information
- To show advertising that supports the free version of the game
- To measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and keep the app stable
- To process optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads)
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK – displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads and may use the advertising ID. Google Privacy Policy · How AdMob uses data
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) – where required (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some other regions), the app shows a consent form so you can choose how ad-related data is used.
- Google Play Billing – processes in-app purchases. Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment information. Google Play Terms
- Unity – the game is built with the Unity engine and uses Unity Services core and in-app purchasing components. Unity Privacy Policy
4. Your Choices
- Consent: Where shown, you can change your ad consent choices at any time from the privacy options in the app, or see User Privacy Choices.
- Advertising ID: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in Android under Settings > Privacy > Ads (the path may vary by device).
- Local data: You can delete all game data stored on your device by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
5. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by advertising partners is shared with them as described above for the purpose of showing and measuring ads and preventing fraud. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported by the services involved.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not hold personal data about you on our own servers, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Data held by third-party services is retained according to their policies; use the controls in Section 4 or contact those providers directly to manage it. Local game data remains until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
7. Children's Privacy
Dune Smash is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. Because we do not run our own account system or servers, the main data handling occurs on your device and through the third-party services listed above.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
